# Manual Harvest

1. If you farm a pair without the "Auto-Compound" icon, you need to harvest the yield manually from "My Farming Positions".

2\. Just go to "My Strategy Positions" or "My Farming Positions", mouse over the position to find the "Harvest" button and click "Harvest". You will receive the amount of Reward Tokens on the "Harvest Rewards" section after confirming the wallet action.

3\. You may also find your Total Reward information by mouse-over the profit.
